Two Years

Dear Readers,

Thank you for tuning in to our blog once again.  Two years ago, on Sept 10, 2008, we closed on our house in Virginia.  One day later the the moving vans arrived and we officially began our adventure in the DC area.

(The following Monday the credit market collapsed and the financial crisis began, but that is another story!)

This is our 150th blog post in two years!  Oh, there has been so much to write about.  We knew it would be an adventure, but we never imagined all we have experienced.    Nor could we have imagined all God had planned to bless us - especially through our church and our dear friends here, true brothers and sisters in the Lord.

What lies ahead?  Only HE knows - and we trust HIM fully with our future.

Blessings to all of you.

What a beautiful tribute to all you have been able to see and do while in Virginia. It has been a vast amount of growing educationally about the history of our country. And it wouldn't have happened otherwise. Places you have been, seen and experienced would never have; happened otherwise. And the way you have educated all of us through your writings. Thanks so much. The Lord has really blessed you through all of this. And the friends he has placed in your lives would not have happened otherwise. Much loved, Mom T
